IOTA Vienna Meetup – March 2020

It’s about time for the next IOTA Meetup

…this time in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria!
IOTAshops is proud to announce that on March 12th, 20 a Meetup in cooperation with C.F. Strnadl from Software AG will take place.
Together we have created a great lineup with lots of interesting talks and presentations.

Guests will include Holger Köther from the IOTA Foundation, our esteemed community member Christian “Oostech” Oosting and of course Mr. Strnadl will also speak about the cooperation between Software AG and the IOTA Foundation.
We also expect exciting presentations from Bitpanda and the Autrian Blockchain Center.

The Meetup will take place in the premises of Stockwerk CoWorking, who generously provide us their location.

Bitpanda* will give us insights into their integration of IOTA into their portfolio and tell us about the rapid growth of their company.
Among other things, the challenges they faced and how they were solved will be discussed.

Christian Oosting from Hamburg, Germany, will present a prototype of his IOTA Smart Connector (ESPiota), which will make it possible to activate almost any electronic device via an IOTA transaction.
A solution that is ideal for e.g. vacation homes, hotels and many other applications.

The event will take place on March 12th, 20 in the premises of Stockwerk CoWorking Vienna, Pater-Schwartz-Gasse 11A, 1150 Vienna.
The gates will open at 6 pm – the presentations will start at 6:30 pm.

After the presentations we move on to the comfortable part of the event.
With snacks and drinks there is time for some networking.
Get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere, exchange ideas and have a good time.
